Hayley did not want to go back to the mansion and deal with Klaus and his siblings, but after much insistence from Elijah, Hayley couldn't say no. Even if she choose to run, Elijah would tug her back since it wasn't safe for her at the bayou. Pulling his jacket close to her happy he let her have it from the cold, Hayley tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. "Elijah maybe we shouldn't be here I can just go back to the bayou. I really don't want to be here"
She said trying to reason with the suited Original this was asking a lot out of her after the fight she had with Klaus. Walking toward the mansion where his family was, Hayley took a few breaths lucky Elijah used his speed to get them there faster. "I can't believe you talked me into this. You owe me so much for making me come back to this hell" She grumbled under her breath opening the mansion doors walking inside immediately feeling uncomfortable.
She was still pissed off at Klaus, but maybe she could work something out the only thing right now Hayley wanted to do was not think about Klaus or his siblings. She rather be drunk and deal with Klaus, but that sounded like a great idea. "We'll if we are talking then I am having some drinks" Walking away from Elijah, Hayley went to Klaus stash of liquor taking the bottle not even caring as she started to drink from the bottle. She had enough at the cabin at the bayou with Elijah, but here Hayley was taking some more drinks. She was excited to meet her daughter again thanks to Caroline who was currently in New Orleans at the moment. Chugging the bottle clearly not comfortable, but she was doing this because even if Klaus was a dick he was still part of her and their child.
"Elijah you should of left me at the bayou I don't want to deal with Freya and her judgmental personality" They were family Elijah kept telling her that, but sometimes she didn't feel like it. Hayley was only family because of Hope, and the way her and Klaus left each other, she knew there was not going to be no happy welcome. So maybe getting a little drunk was better then facing Klaus head on. Chuckling sitting down on the couch gripping the bottle as if it was her lifeline taking another drink letting the liquor relax her. "We'll call the mighty king down he is your brother" She said with a scoff. template by Sammy @ Adox 2.0

I'm bad luck baby, you know. Follows me around everywhere I go. A soft smile formed on Elijah’s lips at Hayley’s hesitation to return to their family home, a hand resting casually against her back as he encouraged her to keep moving forward, having expected such rebuttals as soon as they drew nearer to the front door, simply shaking his head softly in response. “Don’t be ridiculous, Hayley, you have as much right to be here as anyone else does. Not to mention, you’ll be a lot safer. I believe I speak for most of us when I say that we’ll be much more comfortable with you here,” he hummed softly, a low chuckle as he pulled the front door open for her, giving her the time she needed before entering and following her inside.
He couldn’t say he blamed her for being nervous, the two hybrids didn’t part on the best of terms, though he was certain with a little communication they could move passed it. Freya, however, well he’d have to have a talk with her alone before bringing her in. His older sister couldn’t help but make her opinions known, even if she didn’t open her mouth. Thoughts written clearly across her face. He only hoped he could convince her that Caroline was more than capable of taking care of Hope for a short time, and that she was perfectly safe despite being halfway across the country. She’d be thriving, with young witches the same age as her. She’d be learning along side them, and she would still have plenty of time to learn more when she returned home.
“Niklaus, if you’d so kindly join us downstairs?” Elijah called, knowing his brother would hear the summoning, though how quickly he appeared would be entirely dependant on how eager he was to make amends. Moving to take a seat beside Hayley, Elijah eased the bottle from her grasp and placed it on the table, a hand returning to her back, a gentle reassurance, dark eyes softening as they met hers. “You don’t need liquid courage, Hayley. Perhaps the sober you remain for this the better? There’ll be less chance of an argument then, no?”

"IT SEEMS YOU PEOPLE RESPOND BEST TO DISPLAYS OF VIOLENCE" Niklaus was upstairs pondering about how should he should treat Katherine once they meet. It was just tedious how after his imprisonment it was yet to be peaceful. This actually made him smile a bit, simply on the fact that it was not he whom caused that much of a brawling scenario. Hearing the footsteps from afar, he stopped what he was doing and waited on the voiced to match who had come in. He nearly scoffed when he heard voiced of his brother and the mother of his child. /Of course, they would come together/ he thought to himself as he knew that some type summoning was about to ensue. And If not a summon, then a little secret eavesdrop on his behalf would have suited well still. He knew most of everything that happened where ever it was that he stepped foot. Information is power and information plus raw power... well that’s just intelligent. At least when he has that power. Upon hearing the words that left his brother’s mouth he took his sweet time to get to the railing of the second floor and leaned in with a sarcastic smile on his face while he caught just the end of what he had mentioned to Hayley, the drinking.
In his mind drinking already and had been dragged over from wherever they were didn’t sit well with him. Especially after his last talk with Hayley alone. “Elijah, Hayley Not a surprise to see you both attached at the hip I see. Come to apologize for your transgressions?” he sarcastically commented making his way down the steps and a bit closer to duo. “However, the matter of the fact stated Elijah here is right, You don’t need liquid courage… your courage is far more than enough, no need to taint it with alcohol” he agreed with his brother keeping quite a distance away watching the two. “To what do I owe this intervention to?” he inquired.

Rolling her eyes, Elijah seems to be saying the same thing she has heard over and over. "Im sorry I don't agree after what your sister done to me, Elijah this was a bad idea I told you I wanted to stay at the bayou." Hayley said crossing her arms over her chest once Elijah had taken her bottle from her. Raising one brow, who did he think he was telling her that she had to stop drinking. Swiftly snatching the bottle back taking another drink, and gave a look to the Original daring him to take the bottle again. “You don’t need liquid courage, Hayley. Perhaps the sober you remain for this the better? There’ll be less chance of an argument then, no?” Did he really think she cared if there was an argument? No, far as Hayley knew everything was an argument with Klaus. "Don't touch my liquor Elijah, and liquor is just what I need, but we know there will be an argument there always is" Why was it his concern what she did? If she wanted to drink them damn well she was going to drink, and already tipsy it did not matter to her. This was better then being sober at the moment.
The moment Klaus voice was heard, Hayley grumbled knowing he was going to be so full of himself, Hayley always knew Klaus ego was big as his head, but she did let Elijah let his hand fall on her back. "Come to apologize for your transgressions?” Apologize? What the hell was Klaus thinking that she would ever give him one bit of sorry. "No, your out of your damn mind Klaus if you think I am apologizing to you. It be a day in hell before I give you any type of sorry, and if anything you owe me one jackass" Hayley said with a snap drinking from her bottle more god she was not sober for this at all, but how dare him speak as if she owed him anything. "The only thing I owe you is knock you down a few notches from the big ass ego you have tyrant" She didn't care about his reply that she and Elijah was attached to the hip, and yes maybe but Elijah was protective. "Jealous are you Klaus? You know maybe if you were a bit more decent like Elijah things would be different. I'm glad our daughter is not here to see what we really do" She said still working on that bottle now agitated.
“However, the matter of the fact stated Elijah here is right, You don’t need liquid courage… your courage is far more than enough, no need to taint it with alcohol” Now was he trying to tell her what to do? What is up with the Mikaelson's thinking they can control everything. "The hell I got to listen to you. It's none of your business what I do, and that also includes all you Mikaelson's. I'll do what I damn please without the mighty king bowing down. More like you can kiss my ass" The liquor was not helping her any, but she is willingly to make amends as long as Klaus apologizes for what all he said and done to her. Hayley stood up now both of them were trying to tell her what was best. "This was a mistake" template by Sammy @ Adox 2.0
