Well well well, What can we say about Niklaus Mikaelson. He has an immense history behind him, being that he was born sometime around 990 A.D. in a petite village that eventually turned to Mystic Falls. He has an elongated list of nicknames but the most popular is Klaus or Mikaelson from enemy’s or other’s that detest the hybrid. Before he was born it seemed that Esther had an affair with a neighboring wolf tribe thus is conception and birth commenced in the petite village. Esther was a powerful witch which turned her children, her family, all into vampires. However, with this little trick of her’s, it gave Klaus a strong hunger that was stronger than usual, and after his first kill, it triggered the werewolf curse which transitioned him into a hybrid after his first kill. His abilities were locked away by Esther in a moonstone which later was found out by Klaus, that he would get them back by a ritual that required a doppelgänger sacrifice. After hunting Katerina Petrova , a doppleganger, She made her self into a vampire and had been on the run from Klaus for centuries. Klaus being ruthless killed her entire family and continued to hunt her. Later on known as Katherine Pierce. Eventually he was able to locate Katerina’s equal or doppelgänger, Elena Gilbert. After committing a few ruthless acts for the ritual he needed he drained Elena of her blood and completed the ritual to become the hybrid he is today. Luckily Elena was saved by her biological father’s ritualistic sacrifice. While in mystic Fall’s he manages to attempt a number of things with his powers but soon enough fails in all of his attempts and is staked and burned to ashes. At this time Klaus lives through magic and a spell from Bonnie’s mother and switches into Tyler Lockwood’s body for the time being before he forces bonnie to do the spell to return him to his body. After some time and some conflicting drama with ‘The Five’ Klaus saves Hayley from a vampire that was sent by Katherine. He offer’s Hayley protection in appreciation that she spilled on what she know’s about Katherine Pierce. During the time where information and hunt’s proceeded , Hayley and Klaus grew some connection and Hayley revealed that she enjoyed one of his painting’s and noticed how twisted he really was, which in turn she mentioned that she could relate. Proceeding to steamy night with Hayley. After a peace offering through the drama between the hunt and Katherine Klaus had decided to to go to the prom just before receiving information about a witch in New Orleans who wanted to plot against him, thus he taking his leave. After arriving in New Orleans and visiting a few people it seemed that Elijah had went his separate way to find out what was happening. Once they found the witch and managed to get Klaus to listen he was told and shown that Hayley was carrying his child, simply because he was born a werewolf and been only a vampire through magic, Being the amazing loophole to procreate and had with his one night stand. After some amazing in and out’s with New Orleans, such as breaking the werewolf curse and controlling the city of New Orleans, it seemed that a bigger threat had manage to make its way known. Lucien, a long lost friend, His long lost love Auror and her brother Tristan [ leader of The Strix, which Elijah created] had come to seal away Klaus and his siblings to eliminate the threat that would kill thousands of sire lines if they fell from a prophecy. However, Lucien proved to be the prophecy by making himself Klaus’ better to defeat him. Klaus vowed to protect his family and they eventually all failed at his hands but Klaus ended up loosing all of his sires when Davina succeeded in unlinking Klaus with a powerful spell that also proved to Bring back both Kol and Finn. Thus, this is when Aurora and Lucien later on make their plot to kill Klaus and fail miserably, not shortly after Cami is bit by Lucien inner home and killed later on from the bite. After some time Niklaus and Hayley had been away and running as the prophecy was still at large and when thing’s seemed to be getting just a tad bit better they get his by a car by Lucien. In which at this time Klaus and he start a quarrel. Once Freya had found a cure for that beast power Lucien held, he was distracted when Elijah and Freya come up to assist Hayley and Klaus to strip him from his power before Klaus kills Lucien. After that It comes to be known that Marcel had and was able to extract the same Beast power from Aurora and was able to drink it before Elijah ripped Marcel’s heart out when Marcel had a Disagreement with Klaus and how he wanted power and did not want anyone else to be his equal. Marcel stated a lot of hurtful thing’s that would Thur Klaus but would never be shown by him, however, Klaus returns to New Orleans with all of his sidelines there for revenge on Klaus. After a few quarreling bat’s Kol is bit by Marcel and Rebekah shows to tell them to leave while she reasoned with Marcel. Once Rebekah and Marcel conversed she advised that Klaus would have to stand trial against them to be fair. Being that Rebekah was hexed, the savagery comes out and blurts out that death is far to kind to Klaus and that he deserved to suffer. Just minutes before he advised Klaus that this punishment or suffering would be for all those he cared about including the boy of himself that he called son and jams the blade into Klaus heart and locked him away in the Abattoir Dungeon. Klaus currently is back from his imprisonment in New Orleans along with his family trying to make New Orleans safe to bring his daughter back home. He is not only dealing with Marcel but a new threat that wants to strip his family of everything. Klaus is unaware that Hope has been in Caroline's care while Hayley and Caroline were finding a cure for his family.
