Camille O'Connell Niklaus Mikaelson ♚ "Help me remember." Things were still fragmented for Camille since realizing that the veil between the other side and the living had been broken. Davina helped her remember certain things but she couldn't do much more then that. They realized that even with the veil down, she couldn't touch anyone or anything but she could been seen and heard. Davina tries a few different spells to help her but nothing seemed to work. She could been seen though and that was what mattered, she could go see Klaus and offer her help for the enemies that were coming. She could remember that the whispers from the other side said Katherine was back and hell bent on destroying the Mikaelson family. Davina explained to her that she was dead and how she had died, even telling her that she had a connection with Klaus and his family. “He is the reason you are dead, Cami. You have to think about that before you go over there.” The young witch tries to warn her away but Cami didn't listen, if she did have this connection with him then she wanted to remember.
Cami didn't want to feel so disoriented. She didn't want to walk around a ghost with only bits and pieces of her memories. Davina wasn't sure why she couldn't remember much of the past only some of her time before she met Klaus and Marcel. The young witch asks her to visit Marcel as well with the thought that seeing him might help with her fragmented memories. She closes her eyes thinking of Klaus and when she opens them, she was standing in front of his bedroom door. “Here we go.” She walks into his room and tilts her head taking him in, she had a few flashes of memories of them and not all were good. Stubborn as she was, she didn't often back down from him in those flashes. Some of her memories might take longer to return, Davina thought that the veil being ripped down might have caused temporary memory lose.
“Klaus? In trouble again? I thought you would have gotten rid of your enemies by now?” Camille stood awkwardly at the foot of his bed with her eyes on him. She did know that it had been well over six years since he had seen her standing in front of him. It kind of hurt that she couldn't touch him or he couldn't touch her. She didn't like being a ghost. Klaus was the one person who could fill in all the gaps in her memory at least the ones where he is concerned and his family. “You attract trouble.” She offers him a kind smile, she could see the shock in his eyes – she hadn't thought this through completely. She wasn't sure how this would affect him in the end. Davina did warn her that they did care for each other deeply and her death had really affected him. That he spent five years being tortured to save his family. Davina didn't care for him stilll but she did think that Cami had made him a better person.

| PATHETIC✘ In the end, we are left infinitely and utterly alone It was one of those day’s that Klaus had kept to himself and was lounging about in his room. The thoughts of the past haunted him over and over again. Despite what other’s thought was cruel, he thought was necessary. It obviously wasn’t all that bad if it kept him alive all the year’s he’s lived. All the running, compelling, creating, and killings are what made Klaus him. This was not the first nor the last for him to think about this. Oddly that day was just worse off, for this time, he was thinking about the day’s in the dungeon. /perhaps death would have been a sweeter escape? Maybe my daughter wouldn’t be hunted down over my past, then again who’s to say that the wretched woman would be after my daughter after all this time. What’s marcel up to being in an alliance with her? Of course he knew Marcel hated his gut's a bit but why Katherine? What to do… / his thoughts conflicted him with how to handle things as her plotted over and over and over again. A brief sigh was erupted from her chest and out as she sat on the side of his bed looking at purely nothing. Simply in his own world. Soon enough his thoughts trailed back to his imprisonment and remembering Camille’s face. Her helping psychiatric solutions and her very blunt opinions of who he was and is. Finding it oddly comforting he continued to run those day’s over and over again. Klaus could just not believe that she was gone. After all this she was entirely gone. He often denied it but from her it was nearly impossible. It’s sad to say that out of all the lover’s he had, Camille was the one to actually make him a better person. He chuckled to himself as he thought /pfft, I’m still the devil in disguise/ while allowing a smug smirk plaster on his lips.
Not hearing a peep at first and a lightbulb reflecting in his mind, trailing back to what’s happened recently with the curses and the veil being down, his eyes widened. “if the veil is down then…she cou-” his words were shut out as he sensed it just before he heard her voice. “Camille” he whispered in between her first sarcastic comment and the second as he turned his head towards her with an unbelievable expression. A shocked expression. She looked as if she was there and some how he felt like it wasn’t real.. she continued to speak. He stood up and tilted his head as he stepped closer to her with a ruffled confused expression. Keeping a foot or two away from her he returned a half smile still in disbelief and reached his hand to gently touch her but hesitates. “You’re back” he says in a whisper. The reminder of the reason her death came flashed through his head and being his hot-headed self he started to become angry at Lucien. Luckily for them he was no longer a problem but still in his mind, she didn’t deserve anything that happened to her. He saw a light him and he couldn’t help but want to protect her. “I can only presume that you’ve come to warn me of my enemies and all the ones that are after my daughter....You're a bit too late for that love. Katherine seems to be behind all of this follishness” he says in a rigid tone and cold expression unable to handle what he’s seeing in front of him. He was being a bit distant due to the fact that his worry of trusting what he was seeing and what was happening were all true for that matter. |

| T his was harder for her than she originally thought since her memories were all messed up. Cami's feelings for him and those she loves hasn't changed and she could feel it. She has been with him and the others keeping a watchful eye on them but she wasn't the only one. Katherine was not the only threat plotting to come after the Mikaelson family. A sad smile spreads across her lips at the reaction that he had to actually see her standing in front of him. Looking so much like the man first met that night on the streets, paranoid and angry and who would blame him with his daughter being the person in danger right now. Katherine had minions looking all over for Hope with no signs of stopping anytime soon. Flashes of memories with Hope had come back while she was with Davina, she knew that no one could know the young witch was back but that never stopped Davina from helping Cami.
She couldn't piece together the bits and pieces of memories that were coming back. They all seemed jumbled and out of place which didn't help her any. She trusts her feelings for Klaus. It might not match the memories yet but the way she feels about someone helps her decide if she can trust them. “I am fully aware that you know that Katherine is behind this mess. I have been on the other side watching everything unfold and being completely helpless.” Cami shakes her head as she took a few steps in his direction to close the space between them. This was a side of him that she hated to see and thought she had helped him with. “Katherine is not the only threat coming, Klaus. Esther and Mikael are out there looking for help in bringing them back from the dead. So far, they aren't having any luck but that doesn't someone won't give in.”
The blonde didn't remember much about the two only that between the two of them, they wanted to kill their kids for some reason. Reaching her hand out, she attempts to do something that she knows isn't possible and caress his face. “I want to help.” Hurt bleed into her voice when she sees that she couldn't touch him, she drops her hand then backs away from him. Tears lined the beds of her eyelids – she blinks several times to rid herself of the pesky tears. “I know that I can't help out in a lot of ways but I can keep an eye on people and bring their information back to you. For some reason, I just can't sit back and watch all these enemies gunning for you and your family without a strong desire to help. I wish this was different and I was actually alive to help fight. Try to allow your family, Hayley and Caroline help you.” Cami knew that Caroline had Hope, she also knew that the two have a history.
Niklaus wasn't an easy person to care for and she knew that. She didn't want to see in his eyes how he felt for either woman. She casts her eyes down towards the ground and quickly changes the subject. “I'm having a hard time putting pieces of my memories together. When the veil came down it messed with my head. I get bits and pieces of memories but at different times and it's confusing. I am trusting my heart right now while my head is messed up.” Admitting it to him was hard, she didn't want him to know but he might be one of the few people that could help her. It also wouldn't help if he didn't know. She got bits of being bitten by someone but then bits of memories of Marcel. She remembers Marcel cared about her so it didn't make sense that he was the one that essentially killed her with that poisonous bite. Then again, he was willing to work with Katherine because of his anger with the Mikaelson's.

Klaus hadn’t moved an inch after his hesitation but he was weary. Was this a trick? Was it a cruel joke to mess with his mind? Was it the witches? Was it his enemies? Was this real? Were all the questions that trampled through his mind. He just gazed at her as she spoke and every negative type of memory flooded into his mind. The reason for her death the first time when it was Aurora’s fault. The Second being Lucien getting back at Klaus for all the bullshit that went through with Aurora always choosing him over Lucien. Even after when he attempted to have her by her side, it was to no avail with him. He never wanted for Camille to go through this. The times had changed when she fully transitioned till she finally returned to being her just before her real death with Lucien’s poisonous bite. He sighed heavily and looked at her still in disbelief but better composed.
“Well I figured that it would be you watching from the other side. You wouldn’t stop pestering me in the dungeon but I enjoyed your company Camille” he smirked responding to her comment. “I wouldn’t agree more that those that I have perished from the world would want a second chance at Niklaus Mikaelson. I doubt my father would succeed in having help… but you are right. Some may be… shall we say, desperate? Katherine knows that she has what’s coming to her and for her sake, I hope to run and not playing peek-a-boo is her plan” he stated turning away for a moment and then back to step one step forward and lifting his index finger to speak after her other few comments. “Hayley and Caroline are none of your concern, Of course, I would allow them to help, with my rules.Hope doesn't have one family alone.... she has two and I am included in that as well. Hayley will do as she pleases but she will not go above my ways. Never has and never will.” He paused thinking about what she had stated about helping. A light bulb lit up in his mind and a widened expression expressed on his face.
Having her come close and unable to feel her hand caress his face he furrowed his eyebrows in confusion and knew that this was far too difficult. They had an extremely odd relationship of honest truths being thrown at each other but now wasn’t time for one of his rants. He had more than enough with Caroline Hayley and soon Katherine whenever that happens. “Well well, we are certainly on to something Cami” he said with a smile.“If you want to help and gather these recollections, why don’t you pay a visit to marcel? See what the lad is up to. I can possibly put something together to help you have your reminiscences return yes? Your bits and pieces of being bit was not wrong at all” he paused for a moment before continuing unsure of how affected she would be “but that’s for another time..." he stated while offering her that deal for now.
He knew he would put on an extraordinary, or at least attempt to, give an extraordinary collection of her last day on this world and slowly explain everything in a deepened conversation with her away from the mess. In his head, if that managed not to work he would take the time out to take her to the place where he saw her last and tell her everything that happened in the order they did. But that would be worst comes to worse. He knew that forcing memories to return could be bad for any soul that was ravenously defeated in ways that were not comprehensible and understandable.

I've wasted time, I've wasted breath “I hated that. I spent so much time trying to get you to see me down there. That mind of yours is stronger then anyone gives you credit for, Klaus. It took longer than Marcel thought for you to get weak enough that I could get in. I wanted to help you through that so that Hayley could help get your family back and come for you. I was so proud of you for enduring that to save your family.” Cami could remember more of what happened with Klaus and his family after she died then before. She knew she was on the other side and that gave her the chance to watch over them. It was heart breaking to watch what transpired between the Mikaelson's and Marcel. She did care about Marcel but her memories were still all mixed up, she remembers dying from a bite and knew Marcel had that lethal bite. He cared for her, she was sure about that but his anger with Klaus and the Mikaelson's lead him to do a lot of stupid things. She was having a hard time remember if one of those things was killing her.
Camille walks across the room with her back to him trying to run her fingers over different things in his room. Irritation at his words built up inside of her, she felt like this was typical Klaus fashion to do things his way. Why couldn't he just let someone help without attaching some ridiculous rules to their help? He thought he could just tell her that certain things were none of her business and she would just accept it. Her eye lids flutter shut as pieces of a memory flashes through her head. A memory of her standing up to him – she knew that she didn't fear him like some did or hate him like others. He threatens to make her drink blood to finish the transition when she refuses to do it herself. Cami was willing to die before becoming a vampire that day, her family line dying with her. She remembers bits of going toe to toe with him over the issue. A smile spread across her lips for a moment, she wasn't scared of him then and she sure as hell wasn't scared of him now.
“You do not get to tell me what is my business and what isn't my business, Klaus Mikaelson. I came here to help you, that doesn't mean you get to slap your damn rules on me like you do with Caroline and Hayley. I'll help you on my own terms. And if I help you then I need to know everything on your end. I will NOT be left in the dark anymore.” That slight irritation had grown into full on anger, she didn't have to offer him anything. She could have just sat back and watched as his enemies close in on him and his family. It was her love for Hope and the Mikaelson's that brought her here. Katherine was bad news which meant that her looking for Hope was dangerous. “You know, a simple and genuine apology would go a long way with Marcel. You guys are his family.” Cami turns around to look at him, placing her hands on her hips with a frown on her face.
“I'm going to see if I can talk to him. I might not remember everything or even a little bit but my gut tells me that he is a good guy. I follow that instinct since it brought me here. I just know that he loves you guys and Hope. I can't imagine him doing anything to help Katherine get to Hope. I have seen the anger and betrayal. You guys did a number on him after I was died.” There was disappointment in her voice, even if Marcel had bit her that didn't mean they all could turn on each other. It was extremely frustrating not knowing what happened to her or to remember her life at all – the bits and pieces she got were rough and didn't make sense. She was aware that he might wish he hadn't asked her for help eventually. There was a line that as a ghost, she still wouldn't cross.
